D-Day Bed Gets Some new Roses ...

Back in November 2022 we attended the Meadows councillors' "Your Voice, Your Choice"event that seeks feedback of the concerns of the Meadows across 6 themes from local groups. As part of this event a Michael Edwards & Nicola Heaton host a "Dragons Den" event to distribute small grants to local groups. This year we were successful in getting support for some replacement 'Peace' roses for the D-Day memorial bed, which was originally planted with 50 roses, and today we planted 6 new rose bushes.
